Day 6- God is my best friend.

alright, so who is your best friend? that's a pretty easy question. now dig a little deeper.

why are is that person(s) your best friend?

is it because you talk to them every day? do they make you laugh till you cry? do they share their deepest secrets with you? do you share your hearts desires with them? do you spend a good amount of time with them? do you enjoy spending time with them? do you go to them for comfort? for support or encouragement or advice? do you love them? do they love you?

could you say all of these things about God?

Do you talk to Him everyday? does He make you laugh? does he share secrets with you, and do you tell him whats on your heart? do you spend a good amount of time with Him? do you enjoy that time you have together? do you go to Him for comfort? support? advice? encouragement? do you love Him? and i know He loves you.

God is my best friend, He has such a huge place in my heart that only something God sized can fill it. God is faithful and loyal to me, he brings me joy peace and strength. He takes away my worries and guides me closer and closer to him.

if God isn't your best friend, don't you want him to be? :)
